The property is completely off-grid, making it ideal for nature lovers wanting to disconnect and reconnect with the serene surroundings of the endangered Robertson Succulent Karoo.

The cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 adults, perfect for a romantic getaway or a quiet retreat with friends. It includes two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and a main bathroom with a bath, walk-in indoor shower, and a separate outdoor shower for a truly immersive nature experience.

The cottage is perfectly secluded, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the Karoo, and just a few kilometres from the charming town of McGregor. The peacefulness and tranquility were exactly what we needed, with the cottage providing everything we could ask for. While there is no electricity, this only enhanced the relaxing experience, allowing us to fully disconnect and unwind. The hostess and the rest of the Giddy Goat family were incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more memorable. The fresh goat's milk for our coffee and the opportunity to meet the goats and experience a bit of farm life was a highlight.
